Top-Notch Machinery
Knit, Sew & Embroider
Knitting machines from Mayer & Cie (Germany); sewing from Juki, Brother, Pegasus and Kansai; and Tajima embroidery — six machines, 120 heads.
Eco-Friendly Practices
GOTS-Approved Inputs
Our modern print shop uses only GOTS-approved inks and chemicals, so sustainability is built into the process rather than bolted on.
Efficient Printing
10,000 M² a Day
MHM (Austria) 8-colour automatic printing across three machines, plus a Reggiani 300cm digital printer — up to 10,000 square metres daily.
In-House Finishing
Washed & Tumble-Dried
Our own garment washing and tumble-drying facilities pre-shrink and soften every order, ensuring an impeccable, consistent finish.
Embroidery
Detail & Precision
Three multi-head Japanese Tajima machines deliver crisp, precise monograms and logos at hospitality volume without losing definition.
Testing Lab
Verified to Spec
A fully equipped lab tests yarns and fabrics for GSM, shrinkage, pilling and colourfastness to light, wash, bursting strength and abrasion.
Custom Colours · Low-Impact Dyes
Every sheet we manufacture can be produced in custom colours using low-impact dyes — synthetic dyes formulated to bond more efficiently with natural fibres like cotton, meaning less dye is needed and less is wasted. It lets us offer a full custom colour palette without compromising the organic standards behind the rest of our production.
Less Water Pollution
A higher percentage of the dye binds to the fabric, so less unfixed dye is released into wastewater.
No Heavy Metals
No toxic fixing agents — low-impact dyes avoid the chromium, lead and other heavy metals used in some conventional dyeing processes.
Lower Water & Energy Use
The dyeing process typically requires fewer rinse cycles and lower temperatures.
Safer for Skin
Fewer harsh chemical residues are left in the finished fabric, so it stays gentler against sensitive skin.

Output - Panels & Units
20,000 / day
The latest European MHM and American MNR presses print twenty thousand panels a day, with over 250 linking machines running round the clock.
03 — Why Properties Source With Us
Every fabric is pre-shrunk and finished to survive commercial laundering cycles. What looks beautiful on day one still looks beautiful after a hundred industrial washes.
Every claim behind these linens is certified by an independent body — GOTS for organic integrity, Fairtrade and SMETA for labour standards, Bureau Veritas for auditing. When your guests or your board ask, there is paperwork to show them, not just a promise.
Our cotton traces back to the farming families of Chetna Organic, who grow it in the rainfed regions of Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra. It is a supply chain you can name in your sustainability reporting, and one a guest can feel the moment they turn down the bed.
Production is planned end to end in our own facility, so lead times are quoted against real capacity rather than guesswork. Reorders come back in the same weave, weight and colour, which means a refurbishment in year three still matches the floor you dressed in year one.
