Who we are

Love Always is an organic cotton bedding and bath brand. This policy covers this website and the enquiries you send us through it. If you have any question about it, write to hello@lovealways.earth.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send us. If you fill in the contact form, we receive:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your company or property name, if you give one — this field is optional
• The type of enquiry you selected, and the message you wrote

If you email us directly instead, we hold that correspondence in our inbox in the ordinary way.

What we don't collect

We do not run analytics, advertising pixels, or visitor tracking of any kind on this site, and we set no cookies of our own. We do not build profiles of visitors, and we have nothing to sell to advertisers because we collect nothing to sell.

How we use it

To read your message and reply to it, and to continue that conversation if it becomes an order, a wholesale relationship, or a press enquiry. We do not add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to, and we never sell or rent your details to anyone.

Who else is involved

Running a website means a few other companies necessarily see some technical information:

• Netlify hosts this site and keeps standard server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses.
• Google Fonts serves the typefaces. Your browser requests them from Google, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads.
• jsDelivr serves one video-playback library used on the Hospitality page, on the same basis.

These providers act as our processors or as independent controllers of that technical data under their own policies. Links out to Instagram open on Instagram's own site, which has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as we have a live relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case you come back to us. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we'll delete it.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live — under the GDPR in the UK and EU, or the CCPA in California, for example — you may also have the right to object to how we use it, or to receive a copy in a portable form. Write to hello@lovealways.earth and we'll action it. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and change the date at the top of it.
